Russia used a new ballistic missile to attack Dnipro that had multiple warheads, but was without explosives, causing minimal damage, two senior Ukrainian

British intelligence believes that the use of a Russian Oreshnik ballistic missile against Dnipro was likely "strategic messaging" from Moscow in response to Ukraine's use of Western missiles into Russia.

The Pentagon says the Oreshnik is a tweak of Russia’s RS-26 Rubezh missile, an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) that has been tested since 2011.
